New, Semi-new, and Not-so-new stuff

I’m reminded of a letter with no return address I received from my mother while I was at camp as a kid:

Dear Tweeze,
You’ll never recognize your room…or the house. We moved!!
Have fun at camp, make sure to always wear clean underwear, and put on plenty of mosquito repellent.

P.S. Your father sold your drum set because it wouldn’t fit in the moving van, and the movers are starting a rock band.
